MONSTER! Early Infill Cast Iron Miter Plane

A massive, very early infill miter plane with a cupid’s bow bridge. Bottom edge of the wedge is carved to follow the shape of the bridge, and the iron is shadowed with this form attesting to just how long this plane has sat untouched. 12 3/4″ long x 2 7/8″ wide. If there ever was a Miterplaneosaurus, this is it – Huge and ancient!
