Rare & Wide W. SMITH Round Plane – c. 1820

A rare plane UR in AWP5. Probably by William Smith who is noted as a cabinet maker in Seekonk, MA. Fine untouched condition retaining the original sale marking on the heel, and pencil mark by the maker on the toe. L: 9-7/16 with a 1-3/4″ iron. A great 200 year survivor.
