One of only about 2 examples I’m aware of. Patented April 25, 1905 by Albert J. Perks of Springfield, OH and manufactured by Webster & Perks Tool Co. as noted on a label under the vial. Marked “PAT. APL’D” on the vial tube end cap. Excellent original condition. Vial is full, working and original.
