Awesome 12 inch iron level retaining nearly all of its original red paint which remains bright thanks to being stored all these years in its original wooden slide case. The case retains its original leather securing strap. These levels are very uncommon and are thought to have been used in the Allis Chalmers machine shops. This is one of the very best examples I’ve seen. Vial is full and working.
