A rare level on its own, this is the only example I’m aware of in its original box. These were offered with japanned finish for $5 per dozen, and nickel plated (the No. 110) for $8 per dozen. Box top and bottom have each lost an end, but the top retains its original full top label. Level is basically MINT retaining its full coat of shiny original japanning. Just a bit of tarnish from sitting around for the last 120 years or so.
