This is the finest Wood’s patent sighting level I’ve come across, and also the only 36 inch example I’ve seen or am aware of. Retains basically full original finish and its nearly full original label. Patented by Oscar Wood of Passaic, NJ on June 14, 1887. Both vials are full and working, and the sights function perfectly.
