Fine double iron example retaining its original sash scribe.   AWP5 “K” mark rated 2 stars rarity.   Nuts and thumbscrews turn freely.  Israel White began making planes in his father’s shop in Philadelphia in 1825, and continued as a fine plane maker until his untimely death at the age of 35 in 1839.  A great pre-Civil War Plane.
