Awesome F.J. GOUCH Rosewood Plow Plane with Deluxe Trimmings

Rosewood body, fence, nuts and wedge with boxwood arms and washers. Striking double dovetailed boxwood boxing and two deluxe tips ad a top of the line touch. Franklin J. Gouch is listed as having made planes in Worcester, Mass. from 1847-1868. Gouch’s planes are very well made as were the few levels known also marked by him. A gorgeous plow plane with just a couple small chips to note.
