Awesome! 6 Inch HALL & KNAPP Rosewood Sliding T-Bevel

Adorable bevel with gorgeous rosewood and a bold eagle mark. This is the only Hall & Knapp bevel I’ve seen in this tiny size. Hall & Knapp began making tools in 1853 and merged with A. Stanley & Co. in 1857 forming the Stanley Rule & Level Co. One of the ears of the brass wingnut has a small piece missing, otherwise a fantastic little pre-Civil War tool.
