Super Rare! 12 Inch STANLEY No. 3 Custom Order Cherry Level

One of only 2-3 of these I’ve seen in this length. It’s thought they were a custom order, but it’s also possible they were salesman samples. Some of the screws retain original bluing. Level retains nearly full original lacquer finish on the wood and brass. Cherry has a nice section of sapwood that runs along the top edge. Both vials are full and working. A very rare Stanley level.
