Rare Fluid Inclinometer by THE TOLEDO INDICATING LEVEL CO.

A rare inclinometer on its own, but even more uncommon with the inset level and plumb vials. Both vials are full and working. Center chamber is dry, but I know of no examples with original fluid. A great looking and very uncommon inclinometer.
