Very early, two foot two fold arch-joint A. Stanley #5 boxwood rule. Gorgeous example with brass that has never been polished. Some staining on one side. Circa 1854-1857. A. Stanley & Co. merged with Hall & Knapp in 1857 to form the Stanley Rule & Level Co. A fabulous pre-Civil War Stanley tool.
