Early Small S.A. JONES & CO. Rosewood Try Square 1838-41

Great signed example with remnants of original bluing on the blade. S.A. Jones is noted as having worked in Hartford, CT from 1838-1841. A sweet little pre-Civil War and pre-Stanley tool that has survived well the last 180 years.
