Early J.W. Harmon Boston, Mass. Mahogany Level

27″ example with beautifully grained mahogany. Top plate is stamped with the early small mark. Both vials are full and working. Harmon was on of America’s most enduring level makers, working from as early as 1860 to 1907. (See page 45 of American Levels and their Makers by Don Rosebrook.)
