Amos Kindred 6″ Block Plane – c. 1874

Fine example of a plane presumably made by Amos W. Kindred of Worcester, Mass. It is thought Kindred used castings from Boston Metallic after that company closed (see PTAMPIA pg. 155 for more info). Proper 1.5″ A.L. Whiting iron.
