Gorgeous pair of 5.25″ trammel points with fine details. Tightening screws have double raised bands with fine knurling. Iron points are embellished with multiple incised and knurled bands. Brass bodies have heart pierced decorations. Signed by W.N. Seymour & Co. New York. They are listed as a hardware dealer from 1828-1861. A great set of pre-Civil War American trammel points.
