I can’t recall seeing another of these that basically follows the patent drawing to a T and is just as shown in the provided copy of a known Hight ad.  It is for sure the only one I’ve seen or know of with the previously unknown Hight label.  I’ve also never seen the the “Union Made” label except for sometimes on the underside of the top plate of Hight’s inclinometer.  The round vial assemblies are stamped The Automatic Level Co. Toledo, O.   The outer pieces of the stacked laminate stock are oak, but I’m not certain of what the center wood is. 26″ long.  A unique and great addition for any level or Ohio tool collection.
