One of the most beautiful tools ever made. Good clear stamp on the rosewood handle, “MILLER’S PATENT JUNE 28, 1870”. Looks to be a type 4/5, but with the very early “football” trademark in the skate. Full set of 9 cutters plus the slitter in their original box. Excellent example made around the American Centennial, noting a minor repair to the tote.
